We want you to be as happy with our products as we are. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for ANY reason. In the case of candles, if you don't like the scent, we will exchange it and send you a different one. If you don't think the candle is performing as expected, we will swap it for a another one. And if it's just not the right thing for you, will will issue a refund for the item, no need to send it back. Yes, you read that right. We want you to be 100% happy with your products.

Free Exchanges
To start a free exchange, contact us at info@truccodesign.com, we’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products cannot be returned, such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
